1. Apply horizontal type four-dimension proportional constriction linear technology to realize complete non-rail operation (rail type available too) and reach more reliable performance.

 

2. PA wear-resistant shield is mounted into the holes of every extendable fin to actually eliminate harsh friction noise during operation. It has passed 1 million 45-degree rotation tests under load without any significant loosening.

 

3. The complex self-locking wear-resistant connection technology has changed the traditional perforated hinged construction to enable it more firm and more scientific.

 

4. The anti-wind structural device can ensure normal operation of the power operated door under impact due to high wind (patented technology) (common power operated doors may sway or even collapse).

 

5. Because of the eccentric key clutch, it is possible to switch to manual operation in case of power failure by inserting a delicate key from a special-purpose clutch hole and turning by 90 degrees easily.

 

6. The linear fine adjustment device may be used to adjust any minor deviation produced during operation.

 

7. Within the 10-meter stroke, all wheels show no significant wear and tear after 300,000 reciprocating tests. Moreover any drift sand or stone accumulated after wind and rain will not affect the normal operation of the power operated door at all.

 

8. By using the concealed wiring method, the appearance of the whole door body will give a simple impression.

 

9. Based on the intelligent infrared double-probe anti-collision device, the power operated door can perform return operation for 30 to 50cm automatically in case of a collision with any human or foreign matter so as to secure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.

 

10. Electronic soft starting device is combined with mechanical damping device so that the main engine can avoid sway and ensure smooth operation during starting and stopping (patented technology). Common power operated doors tend to sway during starting and stopping, and their operation is intermittent. Such doors may produce friction noise and cause the articulated pipe to be fractured.

 

11. The worm wheel geared electric motor with overheat protection, which is the unique feature of RED DOOR, can sustain frequent starting without generating heat. Therefore the service life of the electric motor may be significantly prolonged. Special Warranty: This electric motor is designed by professional electromechanical engineers for power operated doors, which are requested for frequent opening. If the electric motor is burnt due to any quality problem, the Company will extend lifelong replacement free of charge.

 

12. All section bars apply V type design to significantly reduce the wind resistance and enhance the anti-wind capability of doors.
